Puppies are great stress relief...

Friday was killer. Long day. Long rehearsal that went well, but was stressful. We choreographed the end number. Dude. I forgot that it takes kids a while to learn things...I need more time to finish this show!

Saturday: We got ready, picked Alexia up from the library, went and got dog treats and then went to Dr. Fritz. When we got there we built shelves and then saw the puppies! YAY! They were adorable and soft and liked chewing on my hand. But they were so amazingly cute...I can't even describe them. The bigger dogs just wanted attention. There was one, "Spiderman/Michael Jackson" who was in every picture simply because he wouldn't leave. He just wanted to be loved. There was another with a fang tooth who was picked on by Batman, a tiny dog who was a big bully. There were so many beautiful dogs, I wanted to take them all home....but alas, I cannot. When we got home Alexia and I played Toy Story Mania on the Wii and afterward I rushed to get ready for my PLU interview, which hopefully went well.

Sunday the weather was beautiful; I read outside, did homework. Fun stuff.

Today, Monday, started alright, it just took forever. Lots of singing, Chinese Art, transcript stuff, electric stuff, and I got to finish up my school day with a bit of free reading while the class finished watching the 4 hour Pride and Prejudice. I've missed so much of that movie this time; thank goodness I've seen/read it before. After school the real fun started, 2 hours of Jungle Book rehearsal, setting things up over and over again to have the kids talk and talk and NOT STAY IN THEIR PLACES. It will all end well hopefully. We have 3 more rehearsals this week. I just may go crazy. I have physics to do now and essays to write. Lots of them. Which stinks. Because I don't know what to write. Or have anything I particularly care to write about. But I want scholarships, so I have to write. Whoo....Bring it on.
